May 2015- Summary

Here is the month of May summary in pictures.

He got a buckle fracture and had to be in a cast for 3 weeks.

We are so very fortunate to have you all in our lives. Our boys love and miss you all when they are not with you and cherish the time you spend together. We feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful family.

Hop On Pop

They have only been gone 1 day, and boy do we miss them! Pop Pop and Shari made their way back home on Tuesday after a nice stay for the month of August. It was so great having such wonderful help around the house. I am so grateful for all that they have done. The list is endless.


As we headed home from the park today and entered onto our road Shane was repeating "Pop Pop". He thought (like usual) that when we returned home Pop Pop would be there.


It is so great that our little guys have such wonderful grandparents. They are truly blessed. These little summer moments spending time with their grandparents have really opened my eyes to the importance to having such wonderful family influences in their life.


We are going to miss you!!! Have a safe trip home!!

I guess I have to return to my duties around here ;)

An Evening Stroll

The boys have been enjoying an evening bike ride the last few weeks. This time Pop Pop joined us.









Johnny loves to get a head start down the road and beat us the whole way, and Shane loves to ding ding his little bell as we stroll.

Just a cute picture that I wanted to include on the blog of the boys with Pop Pop. Its not often that we get to see Pop Pop and Shari, but when we do we have a great time. John adores Pop Pop and talks about him often.

A Day Trip with Pop Pop and Shari

Pop Pop and Shari are up for a few weeks visiting and we spent the day on Saturday taking a ride out to Cabela's. I have heard really cool things about the store before, but still had yet to go. It was a really cool store, and John had a great time. It was like walking through a museum.








And Pop Pop and Shari always come bearing gifts. John had been asking me for a helmet just about every day since he saw them a few weeks back. Well Pop Pop and Shari bought John his very own car's helmet. He LOVES it and just wears it for fun...all the time ;)
