John and I met with Alexis and Hannah this afternoon and went to Space Farms. It was SOOO hot (92) but we hung in there and saw all the animals. Hannah enjoyed feeding them corn and crackers, and John enjoyed eating the crackers, and watching Hannah feed the animals. I think they had a good time, and I think Alexis and I sweat 5lbs off :D Now Im feeling the pain and am trying to take it easy.
Here are some pictures from this morning when John and Brady where playing. Julie and I took the boys for a walk this morning and then they hung out for a little while. Its great that they are finally able to interact a little more! These are some handsome little boys:D
On saturday of Memorial Day weekend John (16 months) and I spent the day with Aunt Kate, Uncle Mark and Gracie (3 months) who where up from Florida, and Aunt Beth, Uncle Tom and Shane (7 months) . We had a great day with a BBQ at Tom and Beth's...here are a few pics..
Here are some silly pictures of John during snack time over the last 2 weeks. He is real picky and likes some strange things. He also has to do everything himself as he is a big boy now. Some of these are just too cute!
Eating an Apple
Enjoying some Cream Cheese from the container..
Just LOVING ketchup.... he just licks it off of whatever he dips...
We found out on Wednesday that we are expecting another bundle of joy! John will be a big brother sometime in Jan 08! Exactly 2 years apart! This came as a total SHOCKER, but both Brian and I are SO EXCITED and blessed to be expanding our family.
Here is John doing the Backyardagains (cartoon) dance (that they do in the opening credits). He just gets so excited when he see's it come on and starts doing the dance, its so cute!
So, Brian and I had to say goodbye to our Explorer today. Yesterday a tree came down and hit it while Brian was waiting to take a test for work. Thankfully no one was in the car at the time, and no one was injured. We thought it would be ok, but after the tree was removed, we thought otherwise. Here are some pictures of our explorer with alot of boo boo's. :( Im sad...and mad... but just happy my family is safe. I guess we will see what happens with this situation in the next few days to come.
John and I met an old HS friend (Jessica) at Swartswood Park last week. John and I got there early and played at the playground and went down to the beach to play in the sand. I got some cute shots :D Then Jessica and her baby girl Clara got there and we did a few laps around the park.
