John just loves giving his baby brother kisses. Its too cute. I finally caught it on camera, but its a strange angle. (that really is my belly- I spared you the color details :) )

Peek-A-Boo

John and I were invited over to Mimi's house (my mom) for dinner on Monday night. John has a big toy box filled with toys that he just loves to play with. John enjoyed a game of peek-a-boo with the lego bucket (the same lego's I played with when I was little). John is very fond of his Uncle Matt. He followed him around the house that evening saying "Matt"...."Where is Matt?"

MOM's Club Playdate

We had our bi-monthly MOM's Club play date on Monday at Julie and Brady's house. There was 5 kids there, and they had a fun time playing while the mommies chatted. Here are some pictures from our play date.

John and I baked cookies on Sunday night. It was quite a messy experience because he didn't quite dump it all in the bowl. But it was FUN!! and they were super YUMMY!

Visit with Opa

My dad came by today to visit. We played and watched college football....or Dad and Brian watched college football, I wasn't doing much watching ;) Here are some pictures of John with Opa.

Seeing Santa and some good friends

This evening Brian, John and I met up with Katie, Mark, Gracie, Tom, Beth, Shane, Kelly, Ethan, Blake and Stacey at Lafayette Village. We waited for Santa to arrive by firetruck and greet all the kids, and then we made our way into Lafayette House for some yummy dinner. John enjoyed seeing the firetruck. He wasn't feeling himself in the beginning when we were outside waiting. I couldn't figure out what was going on, but after resting a little while he popped up and was his normal cheerful full of energy self through dinner and afterwards. Him and Blake had a fun time tearing up the restaurant. Gracie slept most of the dinner and Shane played nicely at his seat (boy do I miss those days ;) )

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our friends and family!!! We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration. We have so much to be thankful for! We had a very nice dinner at my mom's house followed by a yummy dessert :D John had a great time playing with all the new toys at Mimi's house.

Our First Snowfall of this Winter

Well we woke up this morning with everything white! Its been coming down pretty hard, and Brian said the roads are a MESS. There is something about the first snowfall that makes people forget how to drive in it from the year before. I think it took him a total of 3 hours to get to work today, I bet he was in a real good mood when he arrived ;) John and I decided to stay in and not head to Bouncearama with MOMs Club because it wasn't worth the risk. Its not suppose to continue too much longer. It's real pretty when you don't have to deal with it....and unfortunately I have to deal with it....

Sunday Afternoon Playdate

Yesterday Julie and Brady came over while the big boys were at the JETS game (finally the JETS won). The boys are both at a fun age where they play and interact more together. John isn't a big sharer (which we are working on), but Brady is such a well mannered little boy that he just goes with the flow. We played for a little while and had a nice dinner.
