Oh Johnny Boy!

When Johnny wants something, Johnny is determined to get it. For example, this morning he was following me around with my belt, trying to put it around his waste. He wouldn't leave me alone until I put the belt on him. (Where did he get this from? I don't put belts on him regularly, nor does he really see me put a belt on... maybe daddy!!!) Johnny watches daddy put his belt on all the time. Well John walked around and played all morning with my belt on, as happy as can be...lol. He is come character.

He is great at communicating yes and no! He usually just shakes or nods his head, and now he has been using the words a little more often, especially NO. But when he really wants something he will ask please (by using the baby sign for please). Its too cute, and how do you say no when your one year old says PLEASE :D

Land of Make Believe 2007

Last week John and I went to Land of Make Believe with Julie, Brady and alot of the members of our MOM's Group (for Stillwater/Fredon). The kids got to go on a few rides (merry-go-round, hayride, to visit santa, and pirates cove). I think the boys enjoyed pirates cove water pool the best!!

Some new Toys

We (meaning Brian) finally got John's swingset put together (well most of it). John just loves swinging and climbing and going down the slide. He will do ANYTHING he can to be outside. He throws a complete tantrum when its time to come in.

He also got a water table to splash around and play in. He loves to take the water from the bucket and poor it down him, or drink it (nice bug infested yucky hose water). Good protein I guess :D

St. Therese Carnival

John and I went to the St. Therese Carnival last night with Alexis and her daughter Hannah, and Erma and her two girls Kylah and Kyra. The kids had alot of fun. Here are a few pics, the whole album can be found HERE
