February 2016

February 2016 was filled with basketball- practices and games multiplied by 2- followed by more basketball.  We did sprinkle a few other actives around as well.  Here is a look back at February through some cell photos- I don't think I have used the real camera once this year yet! Yikes!

Happy 8th Birthday Shane!

Shane had a fun and relaxing Birthday.  We hit the diner, attended his basketball game, went out for hibatchi and sang Happy Birthday with some yummy ice cream cake.

Since his birthday fell on a weekend he celebrated the Friday before at school with ice cream sandwiches. (This boy loves his ice cream!)

Finished the day off with cake!

Where did my little baby go??

Basketball Boy

John has started his first official basketball season.  I wasn't really sure what to expect.  Practices are closed so I just drop him off and pick him up so wasn't really sure what he was learning.  Today he had his first game.  Wow! He amazed me with how well he played.  Shooting, scoring, blocking.  He played really well.  I know he was nervous on the ride to the game but it didn't show on the court. His team won 16-11.  Looking forward to watching him play this season.
