13 Months Old

WOW... I can't believe he is 13 months. I say that as each month passes though so I guess I will never get use to it. Here is a cute picture of John at 13 months. He just loves to smile!!

We are heading to florida on Sunday March 4th- til the 15th. Going to visit my grandparents, my best friend Katie and her new little angel Gracie, and we will probably see Pop Pop and Shari too, if Pop Pop is up to the drive. I can't wait to take John swimming and to the ocean!! We wish Daddy could join us, but maybe next trip!

Another Snow Day

Yesterday we got more snow, so I took John out for a little sleighriding adventure. He just loves being outside, it doesn't matter what we do. He did enjoy going fast down the hills and being pulled around like a king :D

Our first visit with our new baby cousin Keira

On Tuesday John and I drove down to Tom's River to visit Aunt Jessica, Uncle Anthony and Keira. We had a great visit, and even got to take an afternoon stroll, because the weather was so nice. It was Keira's first stroller ride and she slept the whole time. It was so nice to get out and get some fresh air, John always enjoys anything we do outside. Keira is such a little doll. We can't wait to see her again!

Snow Day

Happy Valentines Day

We had a nice Valentines Day. Brian was home due to the snowy weather. So we spent the day as a family. Here is a picture of John reading his Valentine from Grandma (Eileen), he just loves Elmo. John also colored Daddy a Valentine. Too cute!!

New Carpet

Brian and a few of his friends installed the Carpet yesterday. It looks great!! What a HUGE difference it makes. It will be challenging to not eat or drink in there :D Now I have to clean out the Dining room and fix that up so we can use it more often.

Time In

Grandma took John and I to Time In in Ledgewood on Thursday (2/8/07) Its an indoor play place for children. Introducing Gracie Taylor Maring

Well, Katie had her baby girl on Monday 2/5/07. Gracie came into the world around 2pm weighing 5lbs 7oz and 18 3/4in. What a little peanut! She is so cute and I just can't wait to snuggle her when I go down in less then a month (Mar 4-15th)!! She has a combination of both Mommy and Daddy! She is a little angel :D Here are a few pictures.

Full time walker

John has been walking full time for about a week now. If he crawls its just to crawl over to something to get himself to a stand. Its so cute and so strange seeing him walking around at our feet. Where did my baby go??? I think Brian's ready for #2, but Im not, just quite yet.

Super Bowl XLI 2007

We went to Julie and Rob Strong's house for this years Super Bowl. There where many friends there, and many babies. It was really nice having all the babies together. We actually got some pictures so that was nice.

My new ride

Here is a picture of my new car that we got on Saturday. We really needed to get rid of Brian's gas guzzler, so he took my explorer (im upset to see it gone, I loved that car!) But I am really happy with my new ride. Its a 2007 Nissan Murano, Black exterior, beige interior :D

Davey Crocket

Well Pop Pop and Shari brought this "coon skin cap: (from Disney, so Im sure its faux..lol) up for John when they where up in December, and I finally broke it out and put it on him. Here are the pics :D He wasn't too thrilled but was a good sport about it :D

John has this new thing where he points at something and whispers "Whasss atttt" (Whats that). Well he was doing it from his high chair the other day, pointing through the window outside to the snow falling. So I bundled him up and took him out to check out the flurries. He seemed to enjoy it.
