Shane's First Class Trip
A bunch of firsts for my little man recently.
He got to go on a school bus on his first class trip Apple/Pumpkin
picking. Boy was he full of smiles all day.

Flag Football
So this year John is playing flag football. He seems to be 
enjoying the experience. It took a little time for the kids
to get use to what they had to do, and learn how to make
contact with the ball and chase down their opponents and
grab their flags. The improved with each game. Not sure
how such big JETS fans got put on team Giants.

Shane's First Day of School
So Shane's first day of school was delayed a little while due to the flooding we had in our area. He kept asking day after day, "Is it my turn to go to school?" He was super excited to start.
Well, he doesn't look to excited...does he?

He really has been enjoying school. He will not let me go with with him anymore
and demands to be dropped off at the door. Wahhh Wahhh. It's kinda a blessing in
disguise as I need to get to work those days and am already running late. John never
wanted to be dropped off, and Shane never wants to be walked in. I am really excited for
all he will experience this year and I just love his teachers!!

John's first day of school, was also Mimi's birthday. After coming home from school and enjoying his big First Day of Kindergarten Cookie, we enjoyed signing Happy Birthday to Mimi. She even had a big helper to help her blow out her candles. We love our Mimi!
