Sir Grunts Alot

When Shane wants something, Shane grunts for it. He will grunt and grunt until he gets what he wants. It mostly has to do with food or drink. I sure know the way to my babies heart ;)

He is starting to talk more. Saying MaMa, Dada, BaBa, Ut oh, Bye Bye.

Goose Bumps

This was my conversation with John this morning as I was getting him ready for the day.

"Momma, whats that?" *rubbing his bare legs back and forth*

"
Those bumps you feel are called goose bumps"

"No Momma, they duck bumps" silence "Quack Quack"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Silly little boy!! Where does he get this from? I hear his father was quite the character back in his day ;) Maybe its time to turn the heat on too :)
Remembering the Little Things
Its the little things throughout our life that make memories. There are just those special moments that make your soul smile. The little things that get us through tough days, or good days.
I want to be able to look back at all the little things, and remember the smile they put on my face. Remember happy times to cover up sad times. Remember the little things that some people often overlook.
Whenever I have a "Little Thing" I want to cherish, I will post it here, so I can bottle them all up forever.
~ A few minutes after Shane drifts off to sleep, after he is done nursing, he makes a little smirk and it melts my heart. (John use to do this too, and I remember it so well). I specifically rock him until after this, just so I can see that smirk every day. ~
