On hold again

Well I am without my computer again. :( I had to bring it into get serviced because the motherboard took an electrical shock and no longer wants to turn on...boo hooo.. I tried to install the canon picture disk to my work laptop so I could DL pictures there and post but it won't let me install the disk without Admin privleges (which I don't have). So I will just have to play catch up when I get it back. I have so many good pictures to share from our family trip to Millbrook village last weekend, some cute shots of John (aren't they all...lol) some of our new neighbors (a few black bears), Grandma Eileen's birthday dinner at our house and from our playdate todady down in Branchburg at KidsJunction (indoor play place) with some of my mommy friends from iVillage. So once I am back on I will post them all!

I said to Brian the other day...OH WOW I can't believe John just turned 19 months. The time is just FLYING by!! That date sneaks up on me every month. Im currently 19 weeks pregnant and find out on Wednesday what we are having (I HOPE-- pray the baby shows us its "goods") Then Brian and I are off to Jamaica from Thursday til Monday. That should be interesting.... see how I do without my little man. Im sure it will be good for the both of us to get away for a little while. When return we head down the shore (seaside) for 5 days with Grandma Ann. The end of the summer is busy here!

John's First Concert

I finally got some pictures (I forgot my camera) from the Laurie Berkner Band Concert (kids folk music) that we attended on August 11, 2007 with Julie, Brady, Alexis, Hannah, Jessie and Clara. The kids got to dance and clap and sing and jump around and enjoy the music. The kids really got into it, it was very enjoyable.

Visit in PA with Julie and Trey

Yesterday John and I took a trip to Lansford PA to visit my college roomate and her 2 yr old son Trey. We got to spend the morning playing, then ordered a yummy pizza lunch and then took a big walk to her new school that will be opening up soon. We left earlier then I had anticipated because John didn't want to nap and was a bear! So he took a nice nap on the ride home and all was well. We had a great time visiting and are sorry we don't get to see them more often. Here are a few pics from our visit.

Cutie Pie

Here are a few cute ones of John playing blocks up on the coffee table. He loves stacking and knocking down his blocks. Its something John and Daddy do on a daily basis :D

John (18m) and Keira (6m) Playing

Last weekend Jessica and Keira came up for a visit so we went to Ginny's house to see them. Here are some cute pictures from our visit. Keira is just a little doll baby. She sits and plays with her toys and John roams around and causes a path of destruction. Ginny made John some playdoh so he had some fun playing around with that. NJ State Fair Trip #2 with Julie and Brady

Well we braved the fair again this week. It definilty wasn't as hot as it was the first time, so that was nice. The kids had a great time checking out the animals and playing in the shoprite barn. Here are some pictures. The group of all the pictures can be found HERE

16 week Belly Shot

Well I finally took a belly picture. Here is Baby #2 at 16 weeks. It definitely popped out alot sooner then John. Hopefully I can keep up on the belly shot pics.. I was real bad about it with John, I only have like 5 or 6.

John (18m) and Brady (12m) Playdate

Here is a cute picture from John and Brady's playdate earlier this week. They are finally playing on their own. They sat in the ball pit for the longest time cracking up at each other. It was too cute!

Zig Fest 2007

Brian, John and I attended Zig Fest (one of Brian's friends annual summer parties) last weekend and Johnny got to hang out with Uncle Dave. Here are a few pictures of Uncle Dave and John sitting on the 4 wheeler.

NJ State Fair 2007

Alexis and I took Hannah and John to the fair on opening day (friday 8/3/07). It was soooo HOT, but we toughed it out for a few hours before heading home because of the heat. The kids had a good time! We hope to return again (pray it cools down in Jersey), because we didn't get to see it all.

Shane and Gracie

I got to see Shane (10 months) and Gracie (6 months) when Kate was up visiting. Brian stayed home with John and I met Tom, Beth, Shane, Kate and Gracie over at Mark's parents house, for some pizza dinner. It was really yummy, Shane sure enjoyed it! It was so nice to see them all!

Grandma's Babysitting Service

Grandma Ei is available to watch your kids at any time!





We went over to Grandma and Tom's house last night to borrow her car and they treated us to a yummy pizza dinner. John just couldn't get enough of the dog crate. And Brian just had to snap the picture and title it "Grandma's babysitting service".

Felt the Baby today

Today (8-3) I felt baby #2 (we need to figure out what it is!!) kick. It was such a great feeling .... I missed that part after John was born. Its such a neat feeling. So I am 15 weeks 4 days today... I don't think I felt John move til 18 weeks or so. But they say you usually feel the second sooner because a) you know what your feeling then, and your body is "stretched" out.

Just had to share!! I have u/s pictures of the baby, but need to hook up the scanner and scan them... so they will come soon!

John's 18 month Stats and Belly Baby 15 week Appt

Well we had John's 18 month well baby appt this past week. John had to get two shots (the last polio and last series of DPT). We are still holding off on the chicken pox and MMR til he needs them for school. He weighed in at 25lbs 11oz and 33.5 inches long. He is about 50% for weight and over average for height. He is long and lean (where does he get that from?!?!?!?!??!) We don't go back again til he is 2 years.

I also had my 15 week pre-natal appt the same day. The dates are a little off, I know im due 1/21 but the dr's don't want to change their "paperwork" so they have me with a due date of 1/27 (because he said I was measuring small at the first appt when he did an internal u/s) . Im about 99.9% sure that is incorrect, and the follow up u/s gave me an even earlier date of 1/16. But I guess the baby will come when its ready, and surprise us all :D Im still hoping to work the date issue out when I go back at the end of August (right before we leave for Jamaica). Because alot of the tests and u/s go off your specific due date. I got to hear the baby's heartbeat so that was nice and reassuring as always. Blood pressure looks great too. So I should be finding out the gender the last week of August. I have to call and make an appt for that. I'm hoping to find out before our trip.

Lunch with Kate and Gracie

Kate and Gracie where up in Jersey the same week that John and I where down in NC. But we did get home in time to spend a little time with them before they left which was really nice. Gracie is just about 6 months and just such a good baby. She is such a cutie pie and I love spending anytime I can with her (and Kate too of course).

Kate and I also managed to go out a few nights later too. Just the two of us and that hasn't happened in probably 3 years or so, so it was a much needed night out with one of my bestest friends!!! MISS YOU GIRL!
