Bath Time

Well Shane has graduated to the tub seat. Last night when it was time for Baths John said he wanted to tubber with baby Shane. So we drug out the bath seat from the attic and put Shane in it. It worked really well and Shane enjoyed sitting up in the tub. It was fun to watch them play in the tub.

Nicholas' Birthday Party

We had a great time at the new Bouncearama location for Nicholas' 2nd Birthday party. Nicholas is just a little spitfire! Here are some pictures from his party.

Swimming and Playing

Thanks Aunt Jessie and Clara for the great day yesterday. Filled with swimming, riding bikes through Nona's house, snacking on yummy snacks, playing in the sandbox and enjoying a nice summer dinner outside. We had a wonderful time!

Shane enjoyed cruising around in the walker at Nona's house.

Playing Together

When John awoke from his nap the other day the boys played so nicely together in their room. It's amazing watching them actually interact. Shane just loves to watch whatever John is doing. John took some time out and showed Shane how some of the toys worked. He sat there and explained who each character was and what they said. And Shane watched every move John made.

Shane has been wiggling around the room for some time now. He can rotate around and scoot all over. He's like a little snake.

Well while we were playing in their room that day Shane got up on his hands and knees. WOW, I was shocked. How is my 2 month old getting on his knees already....Isn't he still 2 months old? Time just flies by. He will probably be cruising around by the end of summer! God help me.

Back to sorting our shapes :)

Park Day

Today was a beautiful day, so we decided to try a new park. A new park for my boys, but one that I have played at many times before. We went to my elementary school park today. Although the park structures all are new (which is a good thing) it still brings back childhood memories of recess or weekend play time.

John had a great time, which is always nice to see. Uncle Matt met us there and ran around with John a bit.

Playdate at Hunter's

Yesterday we went over to Hunter's house for a playdate. They just got a new fence put in so their yard is all blocked off and the kids can run and play while we Momma's chat. How awesome was that!?!?!??!

Weekend Catch Up

Its been a little hectic here, to say the least.

I just wanted to post a few pictures from our weekend.

On Saturday we attended the first annual Garden State Chili Challenge. Which is put on by a few of our friends that run a camp for kids and families affected with HIV/Aids. They hosted the Chili challenge and silent auction to raise money for the camp. Brian made his chili and we set up a tent and shared his yummy creation with everyone. It was a big hit.

Here are some pictures while at the Chili Cookoff.
